We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, so you can try using the first pair of panties for up to 45 days. If you are not satisfied, you can simply send them back for a refund.

The right of withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the items.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we have made a mistake with your order.

• The panties have a protective hygienic sticker on the crotch. Keep this in the panties when trying on the size. If the size or fit is not good, you can return unused panties within 45 days.
  
• Wash your panties before using them to achieve the full absorption effect. Please follow the washing instructions.

• Use the first pair of panties under 45 days. If you ordered more, we recommend testing one pair and waiting to use the other ones until you've tested the first pair.
