How long can I wear period pants?

You know your flow best. You can wear them up to 12 hours.

How many pairs do I need?

You'll need between 1 and 3 pairs per day, for day and night. You can begin with a few pairs and see which style you like and what absorption you need. You must match the pants to your flow so you know how long you can wear each pair without leaks or discomfort.

How much blood can they hold?

Period underwear absorbs anywhere from about 5 to 25 milliliters of liquid, which can be more than several tampons' worth.
