Care guide for cups

Sanitize your cup before first use and before or after each period. You can do this by boiling your cup, after cleaning or wiping it with alcohol or by using Elsawear sterilizer.
During your period, you will want to clean your cup at least once every 12 hours. You can do so by rinsing the cup with cold water (to prevent staining) and then washing the cup with hot water.
